The speculation for the scorer of FC Bayern have taken up new drive. The reason: a special plan of the Polish striker.
Will Robert Lewandowski still leave FC Bayern? “Sky Sport” reported that the scorer wants to convince the new coach Niko Kovac in a personal conversation but still of a transfer.
Accordingly, the 29-year-old plans the conversation after the return of Munich from the USA trip on Monday. And: Lewandowski wants to make it clear to Kovac that it could negatively impact the team’s success if he stays.
Real is probably no longer interested
Even before Lewandowski was in conversation with Real Madrid. But the Bayern emphasized again and again, “Lewy” must fulfill his contract (until 2021). Kovac told the top scorer in a telephone call “I am looking forward to seeing him, he is a world-class striker who will do a lot in Munich and we do not expect him to stay in Munich.”
The attacker plays since 2014 in Munich. In addition, the interest of the “Royal” after Lewandowski’s weak World Cup seems almost completely cooled. Currently Manchester United and Chelsea seem interested.
